Preferred qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in school settings is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build positive relationships with students and staff

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings
  • Provide direct and consultative services using evidence-based practices
  • Maintain documentation, track progress, and report on student outcomes
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support each students educational journey
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
  • Offer guidance and strategies for classroom teachers to foster language-rich environments
