Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active New Mexico (NM) license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students in elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of adapting treatment plans to meet individualized student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapies for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward established goals
• Communicate frequently with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student needs and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and relevant school activities
