Job Description

Make a meaningful difference supporting early learners in a school-based setting as a Speech Language Pathologist. This is a contract opportunity that serves sites in the Harrisburg, Shippensburg, Carlisle, and surrounding areas, working directly with children ages 3-5 in early intervention programs. Your clinical expertise will help young students build foundational communication skills, setting them up for future school success.

Qualifications:

  • Current, active Pennsylvania SLP certification required
  • Experience with school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development and intervention strategies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite at multiple locations within Perry, Dauphin, and Cumberland counties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to preschool-aged students
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and families
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
  • Travel between assigned sites within the designated region
