Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid SLP license for the state of Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
• Prior experience working in a K-12 school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student needs

What Youll Do:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred by teachers or parents
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide targeted therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address students speech or language challenges
• Document and track student progress while maintaining compliance with district and state guidelines
• Offer support and guidance for generalization of skills within the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student programming
