Openings are available for both Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC or CFY status accepted
- Background in pediatric care or school-based settings preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate well in multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapy services to students with a wide range of communication needs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and allied specialists
- Attend and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Provide consultation and education to families and school personnel
