Make an impact supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a dynamic school-based environment. Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license in Michigan
- Prior experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with students in elementary, middle, and high school
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students individually or in groups
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and educational success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students
