Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Michigan required
- Willingness to work onsite; virtual work is not available for this role
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience serving K-12 students in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Contribute to the overall educational and social growth of students
