Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Michigan required
• Willingness to work onsite; virtual work is not available for this role
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience serving K-12 students in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals based on student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
• Contribute to the overall educational and social growth of students
