You will work onsite, collaborating with educators and families to empower students in need of speech and language services.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• SLP-CCC credential required
• Demonstrated experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Comfortable serving a diverse K-12 caseload
• Willing and able to provide in-person, not virtual, services
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy in a supportive, inclusive environment
• Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education for SLPs
