Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based SLP setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload of students with varying speech, language, and communication needs
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and goal setting as part of a collaborative team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide direct and consultative therapies to students, both one-on-one and in small group formats
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success and inclusion
