Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Demonstrated experience in a school-based SLP setting
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload of students with varying speech, language, and communication needs
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and goal setting as part of a collaborative team
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide direct and consultative therapies to students, both one-on-one and in small group formats
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success and inclusion
