Job Description

In this role, youll provide high-quality diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services while working directly with a diverse student population. Offering comprehensive support, youll join a dedicated team focused on student-centered care and continued professional growth.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
  • Previous school-based SLP experience, or strong background in pediatric and/or teletherapy settings
  • Familiarity working with middle school-aged students a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, progress, and communication
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to intervention planning, and share progress updates with all stakeholders
