Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting student success as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist! This position offers the chance to make a tangible difference onsite at an elementary school, collaborating with education professionals to provide high-quality speech and language services to a diverse caseload.

Your schedule will consist of three days per week from 8:15AM to 3:40PM, providing services throughout the first semester. Youll work with approximately 38 students, using your expertise to assess, treat, and document progress while maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines.

Requirements and Desired Experience:

• Active PA SLP Educator Certificate.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Experience providing services in a school-based setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in best practices for intervention, progress monitoring, and IEP documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students onsite in accordance with educational plans.
• Conduct evaluations, interpret screening results, and contribute to IEP development.
• Maintain comprehensive records and progress notes as required by school policies.
• Collaborate with educational teams to support student needs and success in the classroom.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and strategies for support.
• Remain up-to-date with state and district policies regarding special education.
