Step into a rewarding role supporting preschool-aged learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active North Carolina license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or CFY considered)
- Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with families, students, and colleagues
- Strong desire to nurture the speech and language growth of preschool students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate the speech, language, and communication needs of preschool learners
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address IEP goals
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions individually and in small groups
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Work proactively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, team evaluations, and program development
