Preferred qualifications and experience include:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC)
Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations, especially those in preschool settings
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs encouraged to apply
Proficiency in both assessment and therapeutic intervention for young children
Commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environments

Responsibilities in this position consist of:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool-age students
Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in alignment with guidelines
Attending meetings, providing consultation, and participating in IEP planning as needed
Monitoring and adjusting therapy plans to achieve optimal educational outcomes
