An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) to provide onsite services in a school setting in Camp Lejeune, NC. This contract position involves working 39 hours per week, primarily supporting preschool-aged students with speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to preschool students within the school environment.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans based on students needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to monitor progress and optimize communication outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina license as an Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working in pediatric settings, particularly schools, with preschool-aged children.
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and provide tailored interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
