This in-person, contract opportunity focuses on early intervention for children ages 3-5, playing a vital part in their educational and developmental journey.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification required
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY candidates, as well as those with pediatric experience
• Previous exposure to early childhood or school-based settings a strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for preschool-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Provide direct, evidence-based therapy sessions in compliance with early intervention best practices
• Maintain accurate, timely records and effectively communicate progress to educational staff and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and advocate for effective interventions
