This opportunity seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver specialized support for early intervention, focusing on children ages 3-5. This in-person role is located in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area, with service coverage in Perry, Dauphin, and Cumberland Counties, particularly around Shippensburg, Carlisle, and Harrisburg.
Key qualifications include:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification
- Experience working in school-based or early intervention settings with young children
- Strong communication and therapeutic skills tailored to early childhood speech and language development
Responsibilities encompass:
- Providing direct speech therapy to children ages 3-5 as part of early intervention programs
- Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation to comply with regulatory and program requirements
- Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to the enhancement of service quality
