Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification is required
• Proven experience working with early childhood populations, especially ages 3-5
• Familiarity with school-based or early intervention SLP practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to evidence-based strategies and individualized support plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, tailoring interventions for early intervention age groups
• Assess communication strengths and areas for growth, administering appropriate evaluation tools
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and progress reports
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and support staff to enhance language support across settings
• Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and parent consultations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
