Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings strongly desired
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop tailored treatment plans and set measurable goals for progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and updates to team members and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of teachers, counselors, and parents to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress per school and district guidelines
• Offer training and guidance to staff and families to carry over strategies into the classroom and home
