Job Description

A full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Camden Wyoming, DE, supporting school-based therapy services. This role involves delivering direct speech therapy, conducting evaluations, writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and participating in meetings to support students progress. The position follows a MondayFriday schedule with 37.5 hours per week for the 2026-2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Write detailed and compliant IEPs
  • Attend team meetings related to student progress and planning
  • Collect and document progress monitoring data
  • Write thorough therapy session notes
  • Utilize systems such as Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP for documentation

Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware SLP licensure/certification is required (no SLPAs considered)
  • Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
  • Proficiency in evaluations and IEP writing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time on-site
