Make a difference working with early childhood and elementary students as a dedicated speech-language pathologist in a school-based contract opportunity. This rewarding position allows you to work remotely with a single school and a manageable caseload, focusing on providing essential support to young learners as they develop communication skills that will serve them for life.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- State of Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license (active and in good standing)
- Background in pediatric and school-based therapy (early childhood and elementary experience preferred)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Teletherapy or healthcare-based SLP experience strongly valued
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience supporting diverse learners and working collaboratively in multidisciplinary settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain comprehensive records and progress notes
- Provide therapy virtually in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Communicate with families, teachers, and other professionals to foster student success
