Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware SLP licensure/certification (required; please provide confirmation upon application)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in a K12 school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Background in completing evaluations and writing IEPs
  • Proficiency with Data Service Center and/or PowerSchool IEP software is advantageous
  • SLPAs are not being considered for this position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for speech and language disorders
  • Develop, draft, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational staff
  • Maintain detailed therapy notes and collect essential progress monitoring data to support student growth
