Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Speech Language Pathologist licensure in New Jersey (NJ)
• Prior experience in a school-based role is highly preferred
• Familiarity with a range of student ages and developmental stages (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff
• Deliver direct therapy services to students according to their needs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other service providers regarding student progress and strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
