Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active New Jersey SLP licensure required
• Prior experience working in school-based positions preferred
• Knowledge of assessment and intervention for K-12 students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families
• Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school settings

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete speech and language evaluations for students at multiple grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEPs
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
• Document student progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide group and individual therapy to help students enhance communication skills
• Support the academic and social development of students through evidence-based practices
