Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
- Knowledge of IEP development and compliance procedures
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in coordination with the education team
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Participate in student support meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
