Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active or eligible Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs also considered
• Previous experience with K-12 student populations is highly valued
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
• Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students on assigned caseloads
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each childs needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student eligibility and ongoing progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Engage in family and teacher conferences to share strategies and progress updates
