Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-8 students
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Documenting progress and maintaining detailed, up-to-date records
- Utilizing evidence-based practices to provide direct and consultative services
- Facilitating small group and one-on-one therapy sessions
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and work effectively within a team
