Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-8 students
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Documenting progress and maintaining detailed, up-to-date records
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices to provide direct and consultative services
  • Facilitating small group and one-on-one therapy sessions

Desired experience and qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license required
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and work effectively within a team
