Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Experience or genuine interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for preschoolers
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to preschool students
  • Design and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school and state guidelines
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student needs and progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in your field
