What You Bring:

  • Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Previous experience in school settings, preferably K-8, is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Passion for fostering growth and progress in students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough, timely records and progress notes
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to ensure successful interventions
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of communication supports across the school community
