Qualifications:
- Hold a current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Comfortable managing an elementary-aged caseload
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering growth and success in each student
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Evaluate and monitor student progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records and document all services in accordance with school procedures
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
