Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school setting in Lynn, MA, for the 2025-2026 school year. The role is a contract position running from January 21, 2026, through June 22, 2026, with approximately 30 hours per week. The caseload will be determined after the interview process.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must meet state licensure requirements for Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Experience working as an SLP in school settings is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must be available to work in-person; remote work is not an option.
  • Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with strong potential will be considered.
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred but not required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver direct therapy services tailored to student needs within the school setting.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
