Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Holds current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows not considered at this time
  • Valid Massachusetts SLP license
  • Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) certification required
  • Recent, relevant experience in a school-based role preferred
  • Pediatric clinical skills and experience with a varied K-4 caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct intervention and therapy to students with communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
