Step into a rewarding school-based contract-to-hire position supporting elementary students (K-4) with a variety of communication needs. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, fully credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and DESE certification, ready to make an impact within a collaborative school environment. The district values professionals with recent experience serving in PreK-12 settings, particularly those with a passion for pediatric care and a comprehensive understanding of the needs found in diverse elementary caseloads.

Key qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license
• ASHA CCC required (CFs not accepted for this role)
• DESE certification
• Recent experience in school-based SLP roles (elementary preferred)
• Availability for a full-time 37.5-hour workweek
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working with a range of disabilities

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct therapy and evaluation services for K-4 students on diverse caseloads
• Developing and implementing IEP goals and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to advance student success
• Participating in school meetings and professional development opportunities
• Contributing to a positive, student-focused environment
