Job Description

Desired qualifications and background:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience providing services in school settings and/or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with pediatric populations and a variety of communication disorders
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Massachusetts SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)

What you'll do:

  • Provide direct therapeutic services to students individually and in group settings
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop targeted treatment plans and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding student needs and progress
