Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for three licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support PreK-12 students in a school setting located in Camarillo, CA. This role involves providing speech therapy services with a caseload appropriate for a school environment, helping students develop critical communication skills across early childhood through high school.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP license or California Clear Teaching Credential (CTC)
  • Eligibility or certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in pediatrics, particularly within schools or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy methods is a plus
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but not required

Job Details:

  • Contract position
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Five days per week schedule
  • Caseload includes PreK-12 students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students across various age groups and abilities
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
  • Utilize teletherapy techniques when appropriate to ensure continuity of care
