This exciting opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about supporting students from PreK through 12th grade in a dynamic school environment. This contract role entails working full-time, Monday through Friday, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license in California or CA CTC
- CCC-SLP, CFY candidates, and those with a background in Healthcare or Pediatric SLP are encouraged to apply
- Experience with teletherapy considered a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to the needs of students across PreK-12 age groups
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support each students unique needs
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and compliance processes
- Utilize digital tools and platforms for teletherapy sessions as needed
