Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License)
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license from IDFPR
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Prior school-based SLP experience (EC-8th grade) is a plus
  • Must provide ISBE number for consideration

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech/language therapy to a split caseload of approximately 70 elementary and middle school students (shared between two SLPs)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with educators and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to union and district standards
  • Commit to on-site service only (no remote/virtual options)
