Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License)
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license from IDFPR
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Prior school-based SLP experience (EC-8th grade) is a plus
- Must provide ISBE number for consideration
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy to a split caseload of approximately 70 elementary and middle school students (shared between two SLPs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to union and district standards
- Commit to on-site service only (no remote/virtual options)
