Job Description

Youll work full-time with two unique caseloads: one early intervention position as part of an 11-month program, and an additional opening serving students from kindergarten to grade 12. This role is ideal for professionals eager to support communication growth and academic success while collaborating with dedicated educational teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Maryland SLP license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy, including early intervention and K-12 settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to assigned student caseloads
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate therapy into students educational programs
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with local and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
