Qualifications:

• Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
• Experience in pediatrics and early intervention preferred
• School-based SLP experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in early learners
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs in accordance with IEPs and district policies
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
• Participate in professional development and district meetings as required
