Qualifications:
- Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience in pediatrics and early intervention preferred
- School-based SLP experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in early learners
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs in accordance with IEPs and district policies
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
- Participate in professional development and district meetings as required
