  • School-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency screenings and evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and student goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation to meet district and legal standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary support team
