Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Georgia SLP License (required onsite)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience providing speech-language services to K-12 students in a school setting
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct both individual and group therapy sessions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy to students, addressing a range of speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
