Job Description

Make an impact supporting students as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist working with a collaborative school team near Peyton, CO. This is a contract, full-time role available to both experienced SLPs (CCC) and recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The position can accommodate on-site or hybrid work arrangements and involves working with K12 students across 12 school locations, with minimal travel required between sites.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and produce clear diagnostic reports.
  • Design, implement, and monitor IEPs based on individual student needs.
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services, supporting student growth and classroom integration.
  • Maintain accurate caseload documentation and participate in team/IEP meetings, with scheduled administrative time included.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to create a nurturing learning environment.
  • Supervise SLPAs if needed.
  • Benefit from district-provided mentorship if you're a Clinical Fellow (CFY).

What We're Looking For:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
  • Colorado SLP license (active or pending) and CDE credential if required.
  • ASHA certification is a plus, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy caseloads is valuable.
  • Must pass standard background checks and fingerprinting before starting.

This position runs through May 27, 2027, and offers a consistent 37.5 hours per week (including paid admin time). Candidates who are flexible and collaborative will thrive in this supportive school environment.
