Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Licensed (or ability to obtain licensure) as an SLP in Wisconsin
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Proficient in teletherapy technology and virtual intervention methods
  • Able to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement high-quality IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide both direct (in-person and teletherapy) and consultative services to students
  • Progress monitor and document student outcomes in accordance with school and federal guidelines
  • Serve as an educational partner by consulting with teachers and families
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute professionally as part of the school team
