Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license is required
- Previous professional experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations across K-12 grade levels
- Passion for helping students discover their potential through evidence-based practices
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students from kindergarten through high school
- Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and maximize student outcomes
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support within classroom and small group settings
