Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year to serve students in grades K-8. This contract role covers a leave of absence and offers flexibility with in-person or virtual work options in Burnsville, MN.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or equivalent)
  • Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP License
  • Experience working with K-8 student caseloads in a school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress reports

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Position available for 2025-2026 academic year
  • Location options: Virtual or in-person in Burnsville, MN
