Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin school SLP license.
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations of students to assess speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Design and implement custom therapy plans within a school environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that supports diverse student needs.
