Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, families, and other professionals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress reporting
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
  • Provide recommendations to support classroom participation and academic success
