Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available in Burlington, MA, supporting K-12 students in a school setting. This contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week across five days, providing consistent hours and the ability to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) credential in Massachusetts and possess experience working within school environments. You will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents, collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications:

  • Current SLP license or certification in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with school-age children (K-12)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage caseload and meet documentation requirements
