Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a vibrant Texas school community. This full-time, full-school-year position provides the unique chance to make a direct impact on student communication and learning. In this largely itinerant role, youll be traveling between school sites, fostering connections with students, educators, and families.

What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school settings is essential
• Willingness and ability to support and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Passion for working with K-12 students across varied campuses
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Adept with assessments, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and therapy documentation
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to best serve diverse student needs
• Flexibility for an itinerant, multi-campus schedule

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student educational goals
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs for students on your caseload
• Provide both direct and consultative services as needed across school locations
• Serve as a resource and coach for emerging SLP professionals (including CFs)
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with families
