What you'll bring:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
  • Experience delivering speech, language, and communication support to pediatric or K-12 populations
  • Knowledge of IEP process and comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for fostering growth in young learners and collaborating with educators and families

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify students speech and language delays or disorders
  • Developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs) that target students specific communication goals
  • Providing direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy in individual or group settings
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, school staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to ongoing documentation and reporting for compliance purposes
