Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates with strong pediatric experience
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, especially with pediatric or adolescent populations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a dynamic educational setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals and families
• Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and progress notes in line with school requirements
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services across grades as assigned
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and relevant staff to ensure student progress and support
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team planning, and offer expertise in speech-language development
