Required Background & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or in-process state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and/or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY) welcome
- School-based SLP experience valued, but energetic new graduates will also be considered
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- A patient, student-centered approach with creative problem-solving skills
What Youll Do:
- Assess students speech and language needs using standardized tools and functional observations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to support educational goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to studentsindividually or in group sessions
