Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Arizona state Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
• SLP Educator Certificate
• Current IVP Fingerprint (FP) Card
• CCC-SLP credential required
• Experience working in school settings, particularly preschool or Child Find programs, is highly desirable
• Strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and collaborate effectively with educational staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy to preschool-aged children
• Support Child Find evaluations and processes
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by district and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Adapt service delivery to meet student-specific needs and caseload demands
