Job Description

This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is ideal for professionals dedicated to making a meaningful impact with preschoolers and children requiring Child Find services. The caseload is thoughtfully structured, and may range between 30-60 students, based on evaluation responsibilities and other duties.

Youll collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team, developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education programs (IEPs), conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, and providing direct and consultative services. This position offers exposure to dynamic cases, assisting in both evaluation and ongoing treatment of diverse student populations.

Qualifications:

  • Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
  • SLP Educator Certificate (current and valid)
  • Completion of Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Possess a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience with preschool populations or Child Find programs preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and assessments
  • Develop and implement effective individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Serve as a knowledgeable advocate for students communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records as required by state and district guidelines
