Key qualifications and experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, including those with diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Ability to create and execute individualized therapy plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative approach with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and service delivery models
• Provide direct therapy services to students with various communication disorders
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
• Support teachers and staff with strategies to integrate communication goals in the classroom setting
