Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school settings beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor treatment plans to meet individualized education plan (IEP) goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop and implement therapy sessions for individuals and small groups
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for interventions and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support comprehensive student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and review of IEPs
• Provide resources and guidance to school personnel regarding speech and language impairments
