A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Broomfield, CO, supporting student communication needs within an elementary school setting. This role requires onsite presence and offers a part-time schedule with some flexibility based on administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with individual education plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and communication development.
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective intervention strategies.
- Deliver services during student contact days with a manageable caseload ratio.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensed to practice as an SLP in Colorado (CDE license or COOL required).
- Classroom experience within a school setting is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with students and school personnel.
Schedule and Location:
- Contract dates: March 23, 2026 May 22, 2026.
- Workdays: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Daily hours: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (7.5 paid hours with a 0.5 hour unpaid lunch).
- Total of 24 hours per week, with some flexibility based on principal input.
- Onsite work only at an elementary school in Broomfield, CO.
