Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
- Background or interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Experience in a school environment preferred, but open to early-career professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and intervention services to students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development
This contract role consists of a stable full-time schedule5 days per week, 37.5 hours in totalallowing for meaningful student engagement while supporting work-life balance.
