Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations in a school or clinical setting
  • Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of communication disorders
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities

What Youll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in individual or small group sessions
  • Track progress, maintain accurate records, and document outcomes clearly
  • Engage with teachers, caregivers, and other support staff to recommend strategies and resources
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions
  • Support inclusive practices and collaborate on accommodations within the classroom
