Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active MA Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Background in school-based settings or pediatric populations preferred
• Solid understanding of evidence-based practices for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech-language disorders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for K-8 students
• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services onsite, including individual and group interventions
• Work collaboratively with educators and staff to support students academic and social communication needs
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Engage with families and provide guidance to support carryover of skills
