Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active MA Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Background in school-based settings or pediatric populations preferred
- Solid understanding of evidence-based practices for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech-language disorders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for K-8 students
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services onsite, including individual and group interventions
- Work collaboratively with educators and staff to support students academic and social communication needs
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Engage with families and provide guidance to support carryover of skills
