Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License is required
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric or schools-based SLP settings
- Comfortable managing a preschool caseload and familiar with relevant assessments and interventions
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool students
- Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support student progress
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and recommendations for service delivery
- Engage in ongoing professional development and consult with a Clinical Advisory Team for best practices
